It was a real good experience to deal with Wes Walker salesperson at South Coast Hyundai easy to talk to very helpful takes his time to explain everything about the car before & after the vehicle was delivered step-by-step even after a month he’s still in touch to make sure that we’re satisfied and everything is going well. Therefore, we much appreciate the service and the follow up after Sales, excellent dealership to deal with, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Well managed from top to bottom.. We have purchased two vehicles from Southcoast Hyundai. The Southcoast Team has been amazing each time. Melissa Canady is the sales agent we have dealt with on each occasion. On Tuesday we picked up our new 2026 Kona. Melissa patiently answered all our questions. She went over all the features and setup the vehicle for us. She went to great lengths to assist us and make the sale run smoothly. Tammy Brown handled all the financial paperwork making it extremely easy to understand. Eric, from the maintenance dept., was very helpful as well. We found all staff very courteous. In future we will certainly use them again. Update September 25, 2025 We have now had our new Kona for a month and are very happy with it. My husband has done most of the driving and in fact I have had to almost beg him to let me drive it. Love the way it handles and all the safety features and very comfortable. Wonderful car. People have commented on the great two tone soft grey and black two-tone colour and style of the vehicle. It may sound corny but when I approach my car after shopping or visiting i have to catch my breath when I catch sight of it as it looks fabulous. I love the look of it. Melissa Canady from Southcoast Hyundai has been very attentive and has kept in touch asking if we have any questions about the features of the Kona that she can explain or help us with. We have never had this type of follow-up from any other car dealership after purchasing a vehicle. We highly recommend Melissa and Southcoast Hyundai to everyone who is looking for a new vehicle. The Souchcoast team is always lovely to deal with, they were very knowledgeable and prompt to assist with any questions I had about the car, and thoroughly walked me through financing. Upon pickup, I was congratulated by everyone, encouraged to reach out at any time, and walked through the features on my new car. Coming from a 2007 Escape, this was extremely appreciated as I’ve never had CarPlay before!
