We just purchased a vehicle and Ryan Murdoch was our point of contact. He was great, diligent and personal. What I liked a lot was the rare time he didn't have the answer right away to a question, he found it very quickly. He listened to what we wanted and made it happen!

I just picked up my 2022 Santa Fe that needed some warranty work. Eric Gregory was absolutely amazing through the entire inquiry! I just picked up my 2022 Santa Fe that needed some warranty work. Eric Gregory was absolutely amazing through the entire inquiry! I took my vehicle to the dealership I purchased (unfortunately not here, but my next one will be) it from and was treated very poorly and accused of altering my vehicle. They would not cover the fix under warranty so I had my local mechanic look at it, he gave it a quick fix that last a few weeks but in the end couldn’t get the part I needed, said it really should be covered under warranty and sent me to SouthCoast! I can not say enough about their professionalism and service here. I will be returning here for all my service needs and new car purchases! Well done Eric and your entire team. View Less

Great experience. Worked with Ryan Murdoch as our primary contact and he was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all things Hyundai. Never felt pressured and Ryan was personable and efficient in all our dealings. Marty Evans took us through the warranty options meeting and it was detailed, succinct and included real issues and outcomes. We felt informed and had the info to make our decisions. Prior to our pick up date I had a question about my old snow tires fitting our new Tucson. I brought the tires to the dealership to get a definitive answer. I met Eric Gregory at the service desk and he took the time to come out to vehicle to check out the tires and advise me. I asked a question about the Phev charger and Eric took the time show me the in-house charging station and educated me further.
